25,000 supporters attend #PathtoPossible March in Fall 2016 at Prospect Park, Brooklyn

At the #PathToPossible Parent March, over 25,000 families, teachers, and students, rallied in Prospect Park to celebrate New York City reaching 100,000 public charter school students.

They were joined by public charter supporters including hip-hop artist and actor, Common, Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. and many more.

They demonstrated and demanded that NYC’s kids deserve better; they deserve a great public school. Their charge was to double the number of scholars in public charter schools to 200,000 by 2020, so that every family in need of a high-quality school can attend one.
